Hi all - could someone tell me if this sound is truly normal? I have flagged the sound my new CRV Hybrid makes is NOT normal 2 times now, with 2 different dealers. The most recent one didn’t even look at my car, they just sent me home. I’m told the hybrid CRVs uniquely use electric when heating or air conditioning is active, and it produces a noise, but man this makes my car sound like a piece of shit when it’s on. I’ve had people tell me I should take my car in when they hear it.

Disclaimer: it’s very hot where I am right now and the air conditioning was on blast for this video, but that noise is always there when it’s running regardless.
