I have 0% crit chance with locrans on but I am still critting, I assume its because of the basilisk giving 130%+ chance to be critically hit.

Do I need crit chance on my gear if this is the case? I have 49% crit chance without locrans on so I'm curious is the basilisk giving crit chance regardless of my crit chance or is it adding 130% before accounting for the locran debuff?

All of mine are gone and I dont see the option on any build sight. I didnt see anywhere that they were being removed either

Pretty lame, fireball was my favorite build and without these its completely dead imo
