Hey all! Thanks to all for sharing their bounty and plant information at the crop swap yesterday. I was low key freaking out about picking up those beans. I plan on getting them in the ground soon and in a few months hopefully I'll have some seeds to share with the community!

Hey all I've grown Valerian flowers for ~2 years now. I've harvested roots and have almost ran through my stash. Their year the plant put out tons of flowers. I've seen on a few blogs and videos that people consume them. Has anyone seen any direct research or studies that confirms the flower is safe for consumption.
