Since coke and pepsi has started coming overnight. We are having confusion regarding scanning and consignment.

Basically everything needs to be scanned properly and checked if we are getting everything but do we have to mark on the paper if we are receiving something less or more?

Also regarding consignment and tax thing, i still hasn't been trained for that well and the person training me the other day also wasn't sure if he was telling the right thing.

Receptionist in the day, she doesn't scan all the pallets properly, we have seen her scanning from the bill which we believe is not correct to do.

If anyone could correct me on this i would really appreciate that.

With the upcoming change of BOS structure,

What is the pay rate of team leads. Anybody has any idea where this change has already been implemented in their stores?
