Last week our manager bought a pack of ice creams and "forced" all of us working to take a break to eat one. It had been a pretty crappy week due to absence and we were all stressed and overworked and suffering in the heat. The break was not our contracted break and we all covered each other while one by one we went out back to have an ice cream.
