If you are using Cowork on 3P (Vertex etc) have you been able to use local extensions? I get "The Extensions Directory has been disabled on this device. Please contact your IT administrator for more information." message. The 3P inference config only shows "Allow desktop extensions," which is enabled, and nothing for the extensions directory. I've tried manually updating the settings with the isDesktopExtensionDirectoryEnabled=true, but that doesn't seem to work.
