Management has received reports regarding a recent incident involving a dog residing in your unit at Edgewood Townhomes. The dog has posed concerns within the community, and management has determined that the dog may no longer remain on the property.
The dog must be permanently removed from the premises by noon on May 21st, 2026. Failure to comply may result in further lease enforcement actions, up to and including termination of tenancy.
