Hi everyone! I’m planning a trip to the Rockies in late September and am trying to decide how to schedule two "must-dos." I have availability on both Saturday evening (Sept 26) and Tuesday evening (Sept 29).

1. Scheduling: Should I do the Banff Gondola on my first night (Sept 26) or save it to the second(Sept 29)? How is the crowd level on a Saturday night?
2. Fairmont Dinner: I’m planning a dinner at the Fairmont hotel. Should I visit on Saturday evening (Sept 26) or Tuesday (Sept 29), what’s the best way to handle parking? I’ve heard their parking is for guests only – is there any option for non-guests to park nearby for dinner? And is there any option to enter the hotel with a relatively affordable way. (I have checked their menu, for me is quite insane)

The most concern is about the crowd. Any advice on which night is better for which activity would be appreciated. Thanks!
