What should I know for this project?
The first photo is AI and the 2nd (square shape) is my current window. Its outside is actually rotten now and I don't like the shape anyways so I want to change it. All I know is I need permit for this project and it will have to do with my subfloor. Appreciate if you can give me any advice/warnings/heads up to ask and pick the right contractor for the work. Thanks!
