I am playing on SoH with dungeons randomized and I dont know how to enter jabu jabu as an adult since he is not in the fountain

I am playing a randomiser and the game tells me I can get that gold skulltula with just a hammer but I tried for 20 minutes and I cant figure put how. ( I get the boomerang from it and its the only way to progress.
