Let's all applaud the Sirens' wise GM who decided Jessie, Alex, and Abby were expendable.

Abby in Montreal playing on MPP's line - has 22 points this season versus 17 points with the Sirens last season. She's on the league's #1 team in the standings.

Jessie! Now with Boston - scoring the first Fleet goal against the Sirens yesterday. Jessie doing Jessie things - this season 14 goals 9 assists, 23 points. Virtually the same point total as last year with the Sirens but higher goal production.

Alex!! Solid! Consistent! Made things happen as a Siren - don't forget they lost 9 games when she was out injured. Her uniform changed but the production remained consistent = 20 points.

Daoust = it's Fillier's team.. she ended the season with 6 points less than last season - a 20% drop in production. To those who say she has more assists this season - assists don't win games, goals do. The Sirens needed more goals with or without assists associated with them.

The Sirens could have used the 65 combined points from Alex, Jessie and Abby. Last season the Sirens as a team scored 66 goals and this season 63... obviously the GM is a mastermind..... The only thing that prevented the Siren from finishing last for the third consecutive year was the addition of Seattle and Vancouver.

Jessie and Abby now get to do something they never did as Sirens - play in the playoffs! I hope one of them wins the Walter Cup....(And sends Daoust a thank you message afterwards.). I will be cheering for them!
