Unfortunately upwork is saturated
I'm a paralegal. I've been doing remote litigation support for U.S. attorneys for about 5 years now mostly solo practitioners and small firms. Family law, probate, civil lit, some estate planning.
I'm not posting on Upwork anymore. Honestly it's exhausting every profile looks the same and it's hard to prove you're not just someone who read a few legal blogs and called themselves a paralegal.
So. Here I am.
The attorneys I've worked with were mostly drowning in the day-to-day stuff filings, drafting, trial prep, discovery, intake. The kind of work that doesn't stop just because there's no one to hand it to. I step in and just... handle it. No hand-holding, no constant check-ins.
I'm from India, trained as a lawyer there, and I've been doing this remotely with U.S. firms long enough to know California and Florida courts reasonably well.
