First month pay

Hi, I am newly qualified and a new NHS staff nurse. I am wondering if the first months pay is at basic rate and the extra hours and additional pay for training and bonuses for working unsocial hours etc will be added on the following month? Or should I have been paid for everything from the first payment?

TIA

Fibromyalgia or perimenopause

I am actually interested in how many women are being diagnosed in their late 30s/early 40s or so with fibromyalgia because I had an appointment with a company who diagnosed and treats perimenopausal women and the questions I was being asked hit every single symptom on the head. Then when I told her I was recently diagnosed she said that it happens a lot because drs use it as a blanket term. Also, as a medical professional, I know about medical misogyny and how the system is based on males and that a lot of medical staff today don’t really know about menopause or perimenopause because women’s bodies haven’t been studied as much as males. So. I am kind of just wondering. It would be interesting see how many of us have actually been misdiagnosed. From a research POV.
