Looking for spicy contemporary romance recs where the MMC genuinely does NOT want the FMC at first 😭
I’m craving books with a real push and pull dynamic where the FMC is interested first and the MMC keeps rejecting/shutting down her advances for VALID reasons. Maybe he likes someone else, thinks she’s annoying, is way older and refuses to date younger women, is married/engaged/in a relationship, is her professor, she’s his enemy’s sister, etc. I want him to be completely uninterested at first.. not secretly obsessed with her from page one while pretending to resist because he’s “not good enough for her” or whatever. I don’t want the whole “he wanted her immediately but fought it” thing 😭

Bonus if:

- there’s jealousy later on once he finally starts catching feelings
