Best tow behind RV for durability and longevity?

I live in the PNW so a lot of rain and I am getting a new job an hour from where I live and a friend has an RV pad with hook ups close to my new job so thinking about buying a tow behind camper like airstream to use during the week but I want something I could keep for as long as possible even if I move there full time. Would be for myself most of the time and occasionally girlfriend.

Is airstream the best option? Has much durability and reliability will it be long term besides general maintenance? Any other brands or research I should do?

How serious is that and what’s the remedy?

I am a newer renovator and looking at a new house that has bad siding and roofing which would need to be fully redone and its caused mold in this bedroom. Obviously all insulation would need to be removed and tear out until it’s clear and then treat it but is this beyond DIY? Ive done insulation, drywall etc just never mold. From my understanding you have to quarantine the area, sand, treat then use kilz and all new material but how serious could this be and again is it not DIY friendly whats the average cost to fix this with a professional?
