Mental health took a huge nose dive
Sorry first time poster in here and I'm not even sure if this belongs but I need advice. I've always been big my whole adult life and I never honestly let it get to me I knew I was big but after years of being big I was just living my life I've had a few issues with depression and was on meds for it for about 3 years-ish. Went cold turkey and have been off them for at least 4 years now. I'm on week 5 of tirz and I've lost 15lbs and you can clearly see it in my body and clothes I'm wearing. Prior to tirz I had and still have a lot of weight in my chest. I'm a male and before the weight loss I had for lack of a better way to describe it a band of fat under my chest fat which kind of made them "perky" and less noticeable since it just worked with my rounded body.
While losing significant weight already the band of supportive fat is now gone and my chest is now a lot less perky and looks more unappealing to me moreso then it did when I was heaviest. This has made me absolutely hate losing weight, everything about it. I feel disgusted and truly might have to go back on depression meds because of how much it's changed my inner thoughts about myself.
Does anyone have any advice on if they went through the same thing? Or if it passed once you lost more weight? I would honestly love any and all input
