Need some help with JHH Dock OC-4 via M.2 Oculink
Here are the parts I have:
3070 OC Zotac Twin Fan
500W EVGA 80+ White PSU

I've tested on my Legion 5 Laptop (5800H/3060) and a Mini-PC (6600H/660M) and the result is the same on both.
Device and eGPU is off and oculink cable is connected between them. I turn on the PSU for the eGPU dock, then turn on the device.
On the eGPU dock the 3V and 12 lights turn green, on the GPU the Zotac Logo lights up. I've observed that the CL and RE lights on the eGPU dock stay off.
Once booted in to windows, the GPU fans don't spin and nothing new shows up in device manager display adapters.
I switched SW1 CLKRUN delay to 9s and when repeating this process, the CL light now lights up red, but then fades to off and the result is the same.
I've tried 2 different M.2 to Oculink adapters, but it didn't fix.
UPDATE: Tried a 50 cm oculink cable but didn't work. Other than the 3V and 12 lights turning green, with the 50 cm cable I was able to see the CL light briefly light up red then off.
