My secondary email got hacked last night and the person made it a child email of most likely a throw away account so I cant go through account recovery

Its been set to disable in 2 weeks

Is there anyway for me to bypass it or once 2 weeks happen could I appeal and have the child access removed?

I've tried the support forum but nothing has been helpful
