I think Listens to wind won't get the quorum from the other parties hes trying to get, which will frustrate Harry.

And Harry will whinge about it in front of Bonea, who has Lasciels knowledge but not the wisdom to know when knowledge should be shared. And Bonea will just tell him everything despite their best intentions.

I mostly think this because of how he keeps emphasising it'll be years before Bonea comprehends what she knows contextually through twelve months. And the time frame means she wont have that awareness for at least 40 years so unless she is significant during the BAT shes just chekhovs knowledge right now.
