I was looking for plants with my Codex Scanner then this piss aura blocked my view. It seems powerful, whose is it?

I finally did my first Fashion Frame as a fairly new Player! Took almost all of my Platinum, but it was definitely worth it (I love Uriel). Still missing the Corazon Syandana for the final look though, which means I gotta grind more platinum.
