My Gmails accounts have been stolen
On 05/05 I became a victim of a targeted attack. On Friday evening I received a message saying that my SIM card was about to expire. Shortly after that, I lost cellular service, and all my social media sessions were terminated. The passwords were changed almost immediately. Then I've discovered that both of my Gmail accounts had been fully taken over — passwords, recovery information, and account credentials were all changed. The same happened to my iCloud account. After two days I managed to reissue my physical SIM card and recover some of my social media accounts, but the main problem is still my Gmail accounts. I used the first Gmail account daily for work and personal communication, and it contains a huge amount of important information. The second one was created specifically for my iPhone/iCloud ecosystem. I’ve tried multiple times to recover the accounts, but all I get are automated responses and I can’t reach actual Google support. Does anyone know how to request a manual verification or contact Google directly in cases like this? I’m basically trying to recover my digital identity at this point.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. And yes, I've tryied to use same locations with same old passwords-still not enough to bypass automated checks 😞
