I just beat Blue and traded my kanto trainer card for a johto trainer card at the trainer’s association, I got a book telling me to restart the server (I did) and new structures would spawn, suggesting I craft the johto cartography table. Problem is, JEI won’t give me a recipe for it or any of the leader related items from johto.

Is this a common issue? How do I go about this if there is a solution?
