I’m building a creator workflow app and would love honest feedback
Hey everyone,
I’m a solo dev building ArcFlo, a creator workflow app designed to help content creators plan, organise, track, and schedule their content in one place.
The goal is to replace the messy mix of notes, spreadsheets, calendars, and scattered docs with one clean command centre for a creator’s workflow.
Current version — ArcFlo 1.1.2
ArcFlo already includes:
- content cards for ideas, videos, and posts
- Library for organising content
- Workflow stages: Idea, Plan, Film, Edit, Post
- Calendar and scheduling views
- platform planning for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- account/profile management
- email/password security flows
- in-app notifications
- a premium dark UI built for focus
Upcoming — ArcFlo 2.0
I’m currently working on the next major update, which is focused on connected performance and smarter workflow tools:
- connected YouTube analytics
- analytics overview, content, audience, timing, and sync views
- linked performance data inside content cards
- bulk actions for managing multiple cards
- advanced Library filtering
- early Arc insights based on linked content performance
- early Flo foundations for future AI-assisted optimisation
Long term, Flo is planned to become a creator companion that can help improve titles, descriptions, scripts, generate thumbnails, and content ideas using the card context, linked analytics, category patterns, and available platform research — not just generic AI output.
I’m not here to hard sell anything. I’m mainly looking for honest feedback from creators, solo YouTubers, TikTokers, Instagram creators, or anyone who plans content regularly.
