The 4 main cast has glasses. One is short-sighted, another far-sighted, another has astigmatism, and the last needs them for reading. How do I write them without making it seem I'm trying to get the reader to remember they gave glasses, that I'm forcing this fact down people's throats? I feel like that's what people'll think if I do write the glasses constantly, but I can't not write them.
