Testing on June 9 and feeling discouraged by score fluctuations.
NBME 12: 258
NBME 13: 242
NBME 14: 239
UWSA1 (1 month ago): 255
My target score is 255+, but after the last two NBMEs I’m starting to wonder if that’s realistic anymore.
I still have around 3 weeks left and plan to finish my remaining CMS forms, take NBME 15/16, and review ethics, QI, vaccines, and HY concepts.
For people who had fluctuating scores near exam day:
Did your real score end up closer to your highest score or your latest NBME?
Would you postpone with scores in this range?
I’d appreciate honest feedback.
