If you run an AI agent for real users (not a demo): what did you have to fix or babysit by hand last week?

I'm a student researching this before I build anything. A lot of the conversation around agents is about building them, and I'm curious about the upkeep side: what the day-to-day looks like once one is live.

If you have an agent running for real users (even just a handful), could you walk me through one thing from last week?

  • What broke or needed a manual nudge? (a failed tool call, a bad output, costs, a stuck run, anything)
  • Roughly how long did it take you to sort out?
  • Did you try to automate or prevent it? If so, what happened?

Small and boring problems count. The more specific, the more useful.
