Hello, I searched the site but I couldn’t find an answer to my question.

Can I be compelled to download a messaging app on my personal phone and participate in a work related chat?

I am very involved with my position and do my best to perform but I really also enjoy my downtime and like to disconnect outside of work hours. I am of course always reachable by phone if need be.

I have grown tired of being asked to download different messaging apps and join group chats that I have to monitor.

Does my COC have any ground to punish me if I refuse ?
