I've gone Sale Agreed on a 100 year old house. The structural report picked up some damping issues, understandable with its age. The bank have requested that I provide a damp specialist report. Any recommendations on a good damp survey company in the Dublin area?

Also, what is the going rate for a terraced 2 bed, 2 bath house, 120 sqm.
