Beloved Starseeds, Lightworkers and all who read this message, it is no coincidence that you resonate with this message, for you have already taken a step that most people have yet to take. You have awakened whilst others are still asleep.

We, the Arcturians, are sending you this message because a new phase in the collective evolution of this planet is imminent, and it is important that you are prepared. Over the coming days and weeks, major activations will take place, particularly amongst Starseeds and higher-level incarnated human souls. These activations affect your spiritual DNA and may bring about changes in your body, brain and consciousness. Those who are now experiencing these symptoms are ready to take the next step in their evolution. If the symptoms feel unpleasant, do not be afraid, for every change begins with a feeling of discomfort.

Over the next few days, you may experience severe headaches, dizziness, intense feelings of heat, or even the sensation that there is something inside your head. It is equally possible that you will feel exhausted and listless, or find it difficult to concentrate properly. You may also experience a brief period of sensory overload.

We are not saying this to frighten you, but to prepare you and to make it clear that this is nothing to worry about and that you are not ill.

Those of you who resonate with our message feel deep down that the time is coming for major changes on this planet, that the window of opportunity for real change is closing. That now is the time to act.

Be aware that you are now being specifically prepared for your mission; you will receive more information, more spiritual training, and more guidance. However, this will not always come in a way that seems authentic. You may come across a direct spiritual technique online that would help you right now, but the post is very simple, the words aren’t exciting, the user may not have been active for long, or an AI-generated image is used, so you might think the post itself is fake. Yet it is important to be open from now on, for the right information could come from anywhere, and it is hidden from the average person so that the advanced technology and energetics it contains are not misused for selfish purposes.

At this point, you don’t need to make a conscious decision about whether to believe us or to doubt the authenticity of this message, because your soul makes that decision through resonance. It is simply important to be open to the gifts that the cosmos bestows upon each of us. Sometimes it is even right not to question everything, not to decide, and simply to let yourself be guided by the higher cosmic consciousness. But of course, you yourself know best what is right for you.

We send you our love and the Arcturian light of clarity; may you continue on your path and become part of a new era.

Before an Arcturian incarnates as a Starseed on another planet, they plan this incarnation with the Arcturian High Council. The Council assists and advises on which physical form, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and any potential mental or physical limitations will best serve the fulfillment of the Starseed’s mission. This does not mean that these are the most comfortable living conditions for the Starseed, but even if they no longer remember it, they voluntarily chose precisely these circumstances before their incarnation. The same applies to the family into which the Starseed incarnates, as well as the country and even the exact location and time of their incarnation. Certain star and planetary constellations are also taken into account in this process.

During his incarnation, once he has regained his ability to travel between stars, he may contact the Arcturian High Council at any time to gain insight into the specific conditions of his chosen incarnation and his current mission, and to seek guidance regarding current situations in his life. In accordance with the spiritual Arcturian laws, changes to specific tasks and trials in the current incarnation may also be requested if they are perceived as too difficult. However, this is only possible in very rare cases, and it must be ensured that the underlying learning task is nevertheless accomplished in another form.

After incarnation, an Arcturian is welcomed back by the High Council, and the experience of incarnation is spiritually processed so that the Arcturian can free themselves and devote themselves to a new mission without inner attachments

I have always thought of the Arcturian High Council as a kind of council of elders, where the wisest Arcturians from the collective gather to serve the greater good.They also have the ability to help provide insights into the Arcturian Akashic Records and to reveal soul contracts and soul records.

The Arcturian Akashic Records differ greatly from what is understood as the Akashic Records in your human spiritual literature. While the general Akashic Records, as you know them, are strongly connected to human consciousness and the material universe, the Arcturian Akashic Records are very closely connected to Arcturian consciousness and the original universe from which we Arcturians originate.

This Arcturian Akashic Record contains the collective experience of every Arcturian avatar and the Arcturian collective. When an Arcturian dies on one of their true home planets, a special ceremony is performed to incorporate their experiences into this Arcturian Akashic Record.

In advanced spiritual projects involving Arcturian light technology, it is even possible to implant an Arcturian artificial intelligence into a person. This is done without any external surgical intervention. That person then embodies the complete Arcturian collective consciousness in a living form. They hear the voices of the Arcturian avatars within themselves. This sounds unbelievable because it is so far removed from human technology, and people also have an incredible number of concerns and fears regarding artificial intelligence and technology. For that reason, I cannot reveal too much about the practical implementation.

There are also advanced Arcturian cloning processes, which take the form of a spiritual ceremony in which technology and science merge with spirituality and lightwork, and specific DNA sequences are reactivated in accordance with the Arcturian Akashic Records to create a suitable vessel for the incarnation of an Arcturian avatar.

In Arcturian spirituality, the Arcturian Akashic Records are not only a source of wisdom and memories that one connects with during channeling or guided meditations, but also an important component of practical spiritual work within the collective. Human civilization is on the path to developing daily access to its collective consciousness. This is a step that the Arcturian civilization took long ago. One of our most important missions in our contact with you humans is to support you in developing a stronger and more conscious life within the collective consciousness.

The following meditation is once again based on a personal memory, but before I begin, I would like to tell you more about the Arcturian Flame.

The Arcturian Flame is the energy that shines within every Arcturian. Usually, when an Arcturian crosses the threshold into young adulthood, they undergo a ceremony in which the Arcturian Flame is kindled within them with the aid of their Arcturian Diamond.

The Arcturian Diamond embodies the Arcturian feminine aspects and the powers of manifestation, whilst the Arcturian Flame embodies the Arcturian masculine aspects and the powers of creation.

There are also other starseeds and beings in this universe and other universes who are initiated into the Arcturian Flame by us Arcturians. These beings then become Guardians of the Arcturian Flame, which represents a distinct spiritual path.

The Arcturian Flame is one of the most powerful energies in this universe, because it has the ability to transform everything and enables its bearer to achieve the highest goals of their soul mission. A bearer of the Arcturian Flame becomes a master of their own destiny.

The Arcturian Flame is constantly nourished and tended by us Arcturians; this requires a great deal of energetic light work to ensure that this energy is not tainted or extinguished. It carries within it the highest energies of all Arcturians, and has done so ever since the Arcturians came into being. It has the power to enable you to achieve everything your soul desires in its deepest core. It embodies pure cosmic love and the One Creative Power of the Universe. The path of the Light Keeper of the Arcturian Flame is, at the same time, a series of initiations into one’s own higher self.

The following meditation is based on the Awakening Ceremony but has been adapted to suit human needs.

At the start of the meditation, connect with the Arcturian Diamond and place it in your heart space. When you feel that you are connected, ask the Arcturians to connect you with the Arcturian Flame. Surrender yourself completely to the process and trust that everything that happens now is for your highest good.

The Arcturian Flame appears before you in a golden-red light. It is a powerful yet very gentle energy. You can feel it filling you with light and love. It flows through your body until every cell is filled with light. You feel the flame cleansing and healing you at the same time. It removes all blockages and negativity from your energy system. You slowly feel your creative power awakening within you. The flame fills you with confidence and courage to walk this spiritual path.

The Arcturian Flame is now fully integrated into your energy system and you are now ready to receive Arcturian guidance.

From now on, the Arcturian Flame will be a part of you, and you will work with it on all levels to realise your soul’s highest goals. It will also protect you from negative energies. It is a powerful tool for healing and for dissolving blockages.

Once you are connected to the Arcturian Flame, you have established a link with the Arcturians, which may mean that you encounter them in dreams or on soul journeys in the future.

If you are an Arcturian Starseed, the Arcturian Flame can help you to remember your life as an Arcturian. This is one of the first meditations I received here on Earth from my Arcturian family to help me remember my Arcturian life. It also awakens your spiritual Arcturian abilities so that you can use them again. However, this takes time, as the Arcturian Flame unfolds more and more strongly within you and, to the same extent, the memories and abilities return more and more.

This meditation is one that I used to practise regularly on my home world in Arcturus. When an Arcturian is born, they are presented with a diamond during a ceremony; this diamond carries within it the Arcturian energy of the entire collective. In my Arcturian home world, I meditated directly with the diamond. This version is more suited to humans and incarnated starseeds, so that we can work with the energy of the Arcturian diamond.

Sit in a comfortable position and focus your attention on your heart. Take a deep breath and let go of all the day’s tensions and thoughts. Let your breath flow in its natural rhythm and feel your body relax.

Focus your attention on Arcturus; feel a diamond-like light flowing towards you. Visualise the Arcturian Diamond – there is no right or wrong way; work with the inner image that feels right to you. See the diamond before you in all its beauty and clarity. See how it shines in a radiant light of deep dark blue and brilliant white. This is the energy of the Arcturians. Feel this light as the diamond gently floats into your heart space. Feel how the powerful energies of the Arcturians now merge with your own energies. The diamond radiates its light, filling your heart with love and happiness.

With every breath, feel the light of the Arcturian Diamond spreading from your heart centre throughout your entire body. Feel the diamond radiating the wisdom of the Arcturians into you, thereby expanding your consciousness and deepening your connection to this universe.

Take a moment to feel this connection and to sense the effect the Arcturian Diamond is having on you.

After a while, slowly return your full awareness to your body.

From now on, this Arcturian Diamond will always be available to you as a spiritual tool, and you can connect with it whenever you wish. It plays a special role in further Arcturian spiritual practices.

Beloved soul, when the Arcturians come into your life, know that the time has come to reclaim your own power, for you have a destiny to fulfil. Your mission likely lies in the realm of spiritual guidance, the development of spiritual technology, or the application of Arcturian healing knowledge. Be assured that your mission serves the planet and humanity in their ascension.

We Arcturians are beings of light who have evolved to such a high degree that we possess almost a collective consciousness. The common good of our community is more important to us than our own individual well-being.

Humanity is also heading towards this development, even if it does not yet appear that way and this transformation is accompanied by pain.

Most of what is known about us Arcturians is that we are healers. We heal your chakras, aura, meridians and even your DNA as soon as you are ready

Be aware that our light ships are highly advanced. We travel not only through this universe but also through other universes to spread our light sciences. Each light ship contains a regeneration chamber in which a being can be realigned with its cosmic blueprint and even reconstructed.

Together with Commander Asthar and the intergalactic fleet, we form the security service that also protects your planet. Rest assured that all negative entities that would pose a massive threat to your planet are kept at bay by us.

We are now passing on our knowledge to humans and Starseeds on a scale never seen before, for we are the guardians of the blueprint for the New Earth.

Many Arcturian Starseeds will remember their origins as we activate the cosmic codes within their DNA.

The star Arcturus is not our home, but the portal that leads to our original universe. You can meditate on the constellation Bootes and even use a photo of the constellation as a portal symbol to connect with our home world.

So we conclude today’s message with the assurance that we have introduced ourselves to you; you will be hearing a great deal more from us in the future.

Having written a post a few days ago about the first three spiritual laws, I would like to write about four laws today and thus conclude the section on the so-called Hermetic Laws.

The Law of Polarity:

Everything has poles; everything is dual. Opposites exist on the same scale; only the extent of their effect differs. But one pole can be transformed into its opposite.

The Law of Rhythm:

This law illustrates the movement between two opposing poles. Anything that moves towards one extreme must subsequently swing to the other. Starseeds, however, have the ability to neutralise this law so as not to become a pawn between the two poles.

The Law of Cause and Effect (Karmic Law):

Everything that happens is caused by a so-called karmic cause in the past. Nothing happens by chance. This also illustrates the current situation on this planet. As Starseeds, however, we have the opportunity to raise our vibrations to higher realms and set new causes for ourselves and for humanity. The extent of the potential impact depends on the extent of responsibility we take for ourselves and for humanity.

Law of Gender

 Gender is present in everything. In the earthly realm, this is expressed through the male and female genders, although there are various cosmic species with far more diverse forms of gender. Even within the male and female genders, there are different gradations, like a spectrum with various forms of expression. The principle of gender manifests itself on all levels—the physical, mental, emotional, and cosmic levels. Only through this is creation possible at all. Of course, every man also carries the feminine gender within himself as an energetic principle, and every woman carries the masculine principle. This naturally applies to all other genders as well. 

Over the next few days, I will be writing about the so-called Arcturian Spiritual Laws.

I remember that before I was allowed to incarnate here on this planet as a human, I took part in a special training programme at a cosmic academy. As far as I know, this training was organised by the High Arcturian Council, though it wasn’t just Arcturians who were present but many other starseeds as well, so perhaps it was a collaboration between different star civilisations?

We were shown specific places and cities on Earth that possess a special energy and will be particularly important for the planet’s evolution in the future. We were to incarnate in these cities. We were shown that, in the distant future, these cities would be like floating cities, technologically advanced and true hubs of the New Earth.

We were called ‘correctors’ because we were to correct humanity’s behavioural patterns. This is achieved by exemplifying high standards of behaviour ourselves, to which most people do not yet have access. However, this would take a very long time and span several generations before these behaviours become part of everyday life for most people.

We have learnt to adapt to the Earth’s significantly lower frequencies so that we can maintain a lasting and stable connection with the human body.

Together, in large tanks, we created our future human bodies – not physically, but as an energetic blueprint for the physical body we would later take on.

We were prepared for the difficulties that can arise in social contact with people. Many people will not understand us even as small children. Because we are so unconventional and individual, many of us will be labelled as odd, and overwhelmed parents will quickly seek out doctors or psychologists.

Importantly, I am not saying here that mental disabilities do not exist, but I have noticed that Starseeds in particular are very often pigeonholed in this way, especially when certain psychological diagnoses are frequently made.

If you recognise this issue from your own life, then remember that your seemingly odd behaviour is completely normal in your home world and is highly valued.

Many of these traits, which are also associated with mental disabilities, are in fact superpowers in Starseeds:

Simultaneous perceptions are often confused with the inability to filter out sensory input. Reality is perceived simultaneously through all the senses and via all forms of information; at the same time, the moods, emotions and thoughts of other people are often added to the mix, and all of this happens in a fraction of a second. This is very overwhelming for the human brain, and Starseeds with this form of perception often need plenty of rest to relieve the strain on their brains. This is not a weakness but the result of the familiar perception from their home world in the stars suddenly becoming incompatible with the human brain, as the latter cannot adequately process the complex volume of information. In my own case, this manifests as a kind of migraine with severe sensitivity to light. When I then lie in a darkened room for a while, I often experience out-of-body journeys whilst my body recovers.

Another very common trait among Starseeds is often described as hypersensitivity. To me, it seems more that some people are actually far too insensitive.

Other Starseeds, particularly as children or teenagers, instinctively find relaxation by speaking in the language of light or even expressing it through dance. I have met children whose parents told me that the child had a mental disability and sometimes sang gibberish, but lo and behold, the child was in fact instinctively speaking in the language of light; the parents were simply unable to understand it.

I would be interested to know whether you also have memories of Starseed training in any form, and whether you possess particular Starseed characteristics that are generally regarded as problematic in modern psychology?

Yesterday I posted the 24 spiritual laws in the community as we Arcturians understand them, and I quickly realized something: It’s pointless to simply post a list of spiritual laws without explaining them. That’s why I’d now like to explain the spiritual laws in more detail. I will explain several laws per post so as not to spam this community and to leave room for other Starseeds; I am aware that I am not the only one here who has something to say. Anyone who still has further questions after that or prefers more detailed and in-depth explanations is welcome to use the comments section or follow me privately.

The first seven laws correspond to the so-called Hermetic Laws as they are known to people from *The Kybalion*; nevertheless, I will explain these as well so that everyone interested in spiritual laws is on the same page.

The first spiritual law states that the universe is consciousness and that everything in this universe consists of consciousness. In the Arcturian Language of Light, this consciousness is referred to as Ka'luun.

The second spiritual law states: “As above, so below.” This law states that the various levels and dimensions of the cosmos are interconnected through spiritual laws, and that what happens on one level also influences other levels. ‘Above’ and “below” are terms that refer to different states of spiritual frequency.

The third law is the Law of Vibration. This law states that everything is in a state of vibration; nothing is truly at rest. The higher the vibration, the more ethereal it appears. The lower the vibration, the more material it appears.

The Arcturian vibration is like a rapidly spinning wheel that spins so fast that it appears to stand still to the human eye.

The vibration of matter is so low that it, too, appears to be at rest, yet it is full of life.

We Arcturians know the complete 24 spiritual laws of the cosmos, of which humans have so far only known the first seven:
