Ingredients
300gflour
30g oil or any fat of choice (10%fat ratio )
6gram-1 teaspon salt and yeast .(2% of flour weight )
195gram of water (65% hydration essentially 65g of water per 100g flour for those who do not understand)
Add ingredients in a bowl then mix , then cover and rest for 20mins then open and fold a bit and repeat 2 more times to complete 60mins cycle of rest , essentially you have to do 3 times where you cover and rest the dough for 20mins and open and fold it as to avoid kneading as it is a no knead recipe
Preheat oven for 30 mins at 230c whilst doing this and bake for 24 mins
I used an electric oven so temp and bake time on gas oven may be different
kushan script or old ariyan script was script used by Scythians and other old nomadic Iranic and non Iranic people , it was derived from the imperial armaic and some other unknown scripts , it also influenced the old Turkic and hunnic script from the sura runic inscription
It is written right to left like Arabic script but The Script has characters to which you must attach vowel diacritics for writing purposes if need be , for example if you have a "d" you can add a diacritic to represent "da" or "du" if you add none such diacritic then your sound is elongated one as in for example "ā"
The script here only includes discovered characters , it is risky to say if it lacks certain sounds like "f" "z" or "p" since little of the script remains , imperial Aramaic which it is Hypothesized to derive from also lacked these sounds ,so Iranic speakers made up for it by having characters represent more than one sound , so "a" character can also represent a "e" same for "f"/ "p"
Or "y" /"I"
