Hey everyone! 👋

I'm looking for some advice from experienced Brown Dust 2 players regarding team building, gear optimization, and overall progression.

I've attached 3 screenshots showing my current character/costume collection, including their upgrade levels.

I'm honestly struggling to figure out which characters work best together, so I'd really appreciate some guidance!

🎯 My Main Goal

I want to build 2 separate team presets based on my current roster:

- Team 1: Physical Damage — A strong, well-balanced physical team.

- Team 2: Magic Damage — A strong, well-balanced magic team.

I'll mainly be using these teams for PvE content, story progression, events, and Challenge Battles.

⚔️ My Current Problem

The highest combat power I've managed to achieve with my current lineup is around 33,000 CP.

However, I'm struggling quite badly with event Challenge Battles. I can't even clear Battle 1, let alone progress to Battle 2. 😂

I'm not sure whether my main problem is my team composition, character investments, gear, or simply my understanding of the combat mechanics.

❓ Questions for Experienced Players

Best Physical & Magic Team Compositions

Based on my screenshots, what would be the strongest possible 5-character lineup for each team?

Which characters and costumes should I prioritize, and are there any important synergies I'm currently overlooking?

Gear Recommendations

Should I simply follow the in-game Favorite Gear recommendations, or are there better gear combinations for specific characters?

I'd love to know which gear sets, main stats, and substats I should prioritize for my main DPS and support characters.

Maximum Combat Power Potential

With my current character collection, is it realistically possible to push my team combat power significantly beyond 33K?

What would be a reasonable CP target for a properly built team, and which upgrades would make the biggest difference?

Character & Costume Investment Priorities

Which characters or costumes are worth investing in first?

Should I focus on costume upgrades, potentials, awakening, gear, or something else?

I'd prefer not to waste valuable resources upgrading characters that won't contribute much to my teams.

Challenge Battle Strategies

What am I doing wrong if I can't even clear the first Challenge Battle?

Are there specific mechanics, team compositions, positioning strategies, or buffs that I should understand before attempting higher difficulties?

🙏 Final Thoughts

I'm not necessarily looking for the absolute meta team if I don't own the required characters. I'd really appreciate recommendations based on what I currently have available.

My goal is to build two reliable, powerful teams that can handle most PvE content while giving me a clear direction for future upgrades.

If possible, please suggest the actual characters/costumes for both teams and explain why they work well together.

Any advice on team building, gear optimization, or progression would be extremely helpful!
