Stuck at 96% in kiuchi's palace, for some reason cant go past this electric fence
As the title says, i have already completed the palace and am doing the recollection thing for jewels, but i cant seem to go past this fence in club 2f east side. All videos online seem to have access to this hallway already but i dont know where to access this from.. is this bugged?
