I submitted my fee on 4th of August via 1 bill.

I emailed the receipt to account assistant for confirmation but today received a response that your fee hasn't been submitted yet and it may be reversed but it's not.

What I should do.. confused and panicked

Do I have to attest transcript and certificate of both FSc and matric from respective board or just FSc is required?
