I hope this isn't to vague. I think I saw the clip on FB. Watched part of it then lost it.

Girl owns a flower shop (might also be a coffee shop) helps a guy in a wheelchair out of the rain. He of course is a big shot but she doesnt know it. I lost the drama right a I think a classmate was trying to buy her shop and then vandalized it when she wouldn't sell. That's all I have hope y'all can help me find it again. Oh also if I remember right there is no real angst family gets alone the first bad thing that happens is the guy messing up her shop.
