Negative UPT
So I need my job but being a single parent of small kids (4 kids under 9) …. And almost never able to get there by 630 … lately more like 7p-715 ish … and missed a day I’m at -17hours … when is one typically fired for the UPT … my rate in pick is 375 at 5.60-7s
