Feedback on TextExhibit: Text Message PDFs (for Android)

Looking for honest reviews and feedback/feature requests on my app: TextExhibit.

Quite a few people have found this app very useful already, however many paying users are too busy to review the app even if it worked great for them.

I personally had a need for an app like this and couldn't find anything that actually worked, so I made the app I wish existed!

TextExhibit converts your SMS and MMS text messages into court-ready PDF documents. Select conversations from your device, and TextExhibit preserves your messages in organized, searchable PDFs that are suitable to submit as evidence in legal proceedings, or to keep as a permanent record.

Your exported conversations are formatted to look like the Android messaging app, preserving the original flow and readability of your messages.

Court-Ready Document Features:

Exported PDFs include page metadata, Bates numbering, and SHA256/MD5 hash verification reports ensuring your documents are authentic, unaltered, and formatted to meet legal and professional standards.

100% Local Processing:

Your data never leaves your phone. All processing happens locally. Read our Privacy Policy:

Process Massive Conversations:

TextExhibit easily handles conversations with tens of thousands of messages, organizing backups into separate per-month PDF files in seconds. Export runs in the background so you can continue using your phone. You'll be notified when it's done.

Media Preservation:

Automatically embeds thumbnails for images/videos from MMS messages into your PDFs. All images/video/voice messages are also extracted at the full available resolution as separate files by default.

Contact Management:

Map phone numbers to full legal names for clear, readable conversation threads without modifying names in your Contacts app.
