Will MATH 200 and MATH 201 grades be taken into account during internal transfer to engineering/compsci?
I am in a certificate program and have applied for fall admission, however after getting a C in Calculus 2 last semester my math gpa has taken a dip. My first choice is computer science which requires a 3.0 for internal transfer, and my second choice is computer engineering which requires a 2.7.
If I only take into consideration MATH 203, 204 and 205 then my average math gpa is 2.66, which ends up being below both requirements. If I take into account MATH 200 and 201 I end up at a 3.08. And so I was wondering if they will take MATH 200 and 201 into account or if they are only looking at 203,204 and 205?
I'm taking a computer science course during the summer term and with the drop deadline being the 19th I'm debating whether I should play it safe and drop it.
