I have quite a few flytraps that grow amazing outside so I wanted to try to grow some inside under a grow light and don’t seem to be having much success. I repotted and started using the Sansi 400 Watt BR30 Grow Light Bulb about 3 weeks ago. They get around 12-16 hours of light a day. I also repotted many other plants the same day that are thriving outside now given the repotting shock time so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Are there any growers who use this light who could possibly point me in the right direction I can move these outside if needed but I’d like a few to keep inside given the abundance I have. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I bought and repotted this Sarracenia a little over 3 weeks ago. The first 3 pictures are how it currently looks and the last is how it looked before repot. It’s in a carnivorous plant blend and gets bottom watered to a reservoir. It gets around 8 hours of direct however I haven’t seen any re-growth after repotting and it’s starting to look like it’s fading a little. It has caught many insects nonetheless and I didn’t know if that could be an issue the big stem has a wasp many flies and a cockroach where it’s turning brown in the 2 sections. And the hoods on the left two have turned brown and curled back. I’ve recently started with this sarracenia as I’m more familiar to flytraps and purpurea which I didn’t think was much different. Does anyone happen to have some suggestions on how to help this beautiful plant?

Is it normal for the leaf to curl under the trap like this? I have couple of my flytraps doing this. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated
