Looking to rent a house, what to look out for
I'm looking tomove and want to move into a house (looking at listing where the main floor is being renting, am not interested in basement apartments). I've only ever rented apartments and with property management companies.
What should I be aware of when looking at rentals?
When it says 60% of utilities, should I be asking what that typically is based on passed tenents? Do thet have to give me that info?
Any other tips?
