Store Directors, ETLs, and Fulfillment TL should take an intro level college stats class before talking to anyone about numbers
It's very obvious when these people are talking about the fulfillment metrics that they don't know the first thing about statistics. For example one week my leader was talking to me and saying I had the best metrics out of the entire team. Next week they were complaining that I had a 3.5% INF and said "what happened you were so good last week." Oh my god it is almost like that's how statistics work. Also, if I can't find something in the store when I quite literally comb through every where it could be and ask a TL for help, that is out of my control.
Obviously someone from corporate is putting pressure on the store director, ETLs, and TLs, or because the store director wants a bonus in their paycheck, but don't yell at me when these things are out of my control.
The more I pick the better my metrics are going to be because it averages out to an expected value, who would've thought.
