NOCs overlapping in work history
Hi everyone,
Just a bit confused about my situation so I thought I'd ask here.
I'm in the process of gathering my documents for my application and I'm not sure which NOC to actually select. Here's my work experience:
Jan 2019- Support Content writer
May 2020- Senior Support Content writer
Jan 2022- Team Lead Support Content writer
July 2023 to now- Senior Team Lead Support Content writer
This was all based in one organization. Now throughout this time, in addition to writing support Content, I also managed various social media platforms of the organization and was part of the technical writing team (translating company code for incoming businesses to integrate our product into their services) and another core part of my responsibilities was writing in-product text for our softwares (menus, help pop-ups etc).
I also led various analytical projects and marketing outreach programs.
Based on all this, should the NOC be:
