Hello, I have a question. I want to learn animation similar to this but my experience is limited. I do have Moon Animator, but my animations aren't as smooth or high-quality as this. I've heard that Blender offers way better animation capabilities. So how can I go about learning this? I'm also open to paying for online courses to learn this style of animation. Thanks in advance.

Edit: okay so i didn't make this animation I want to learn how to make it like that
