Looking for a structured path to learn BDE
Hi everyone,
I've been working in BDE for around 1.5 years, mainly in IT services. I know lead generation, ICP research, outreach, CRM/pipeline management and qualification, but I want to improve my overall BDE skills.
Can anyone recommend good YouTube playlists, courses, books, or a structured learning path for B2B/IT business development?
I'd especially like to improve in sales calls, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
