Does anybody know where they relocate stray cats if there’s a complaint ? There’s a mother who was nursing her kitten in our garage , and now a few cats including the mother cat that I feed are all missing from my neighborhood . I’d like to atleast attempt to reunite the kitten who is young enough to still need its mother , even if it’s a lost cause .
