Hello all,
I have a Brother MFC-L3780CDW printer that I can not get to print on a custom size paper (8.5x10- called "prayer card"). We had it installed in one office where it worked fine and now in this office I can not get it to read. I made the size in print server properties but can not get it to show in the printer properties/ preferences. I restarted the PC (windows 10 pro) and printer and re installed drivers.

Any help/ insight is appreciated.
