I've watched several reviews about interfaces and I've found that these 3 are the main but mostly goes to Motu M2 or audient id14.

Audient id14: Best for guitar sound Hi-Z input

Motu M2: Lowest latency; better with low impedance headphones (32ohm)

Can anyone with experience with it give some advice on wich one is the best?

The perfect one would have the lowest latency to play, with high quality guitar input and lowest output headphone jack, low USB hiss. But my budget is around 200€ - 300€
