Seasonal work in a restaurant (your opinions please)

Hello, I wanted to know your opinion about wage and working conditions, this would be my first time working in Switzerland, near Saas Grund.

I got accepted for an allrounder position at a restaurant, kitchen helper. It's only for a summer season at not so busy place (it's busier during winter).

It is a split shift, I think starting from 8 or 8:30 and then evenings start from 18:00 for dinners. 5 days per week, two days off. This is honestly the part which I don't really like, I worked split shifts years ago in Scotland and it was not ideal, but I did manage after all to find my routines.

Pay is 3500CHF + 13th salary.
They offer accomodation for 850CHF. I heard it's more expensive than usual in the area for staff, but it's maybe better to take it than to look for something on my own if I don't know anyone there.

I am not sure how exactly it is with taxes and insurance, what I need to pay (I have it written somewhere), but they told me at the interview that netto is around 2100CHF.

They also told me that I need to pay 280CHF for one meal during a working day and working clothes laundry (which first I refused, also because I don't drink and drink is included, but they told me this is mandatory).

Let me know your opinions on this please.
