Does a hypertensive emergency do that?!?!

I've coughed up blood 5-6 times in (not too much time span), after my heart attack 2 months ago. I have my pulmonologist pushed in closer next Friday, PCP on Tue, and nephrologist on Wednesday. In the process of finding a hematologist/oncologist. Is it more likely it's my blood pressure doing that or something pulmonological? My CCTA was inconclusive for distal pulmonary emboli(sm) and right ventricular hypertrophy. Also, after a spike to ~289/185, I was released at 221 since troponin and stuff was normal. I'm on 6 meds so they didn't really do anything since they think I'd drop too low for having these levels for years, which is not my concern.

Update on blood pressures

I have the nephrologist on the 27th next week, so hopefully there will be discussions on next steps and possibly new medication addition post ER.

My blood pressures...

6 meds, malignant resistant hypertension. 16F, had a heart attack on March 21 due to sustaining these levels for months to years. I have CKD stage 2, dysautonomia/POTS, and an autoimmune disease resembling lupus. How do I get it down in the ways of nutrition?

At the time of the heart attack, the blood pressure was ~280/180.
