Google recruiter reached out to me for a position on Linkedin and is asking for resume to schedule a brief call, but the catch here is i recently interviewed for google but it was for a different profile (was reached out by recruiter last october went through all the loops which ended up in rejection in march this year) and that recruiter told me that 1 year was cool off period then you can apply again. Now I do not want to miss out a chance so should i share my resume to this new recruiter by changing my email address , will it affect my chances of being considered ? And should i tell the truth that i gave an interview for different profile but was rejected. What will be the right approach here ?
