Yeah I know that the algo picks up after some videos in and I'm on my 7th but all zero views and single digit impressions, youtube is brutal.. :( is this happening to you too?

Is it ok to delete first video with only 1 view on a new channel?, my next one had 0 and I suppose the next ones will pick up buti wanted to ask you guys...
